I. Data Collection and Usage

Choplite collects data in the following ways:

• Created during the use of our services (location, device, app activity)

1. Data Provided by Users

This includes:

User Profile: Name, email, phone, delivery address, login credentials, profile picture, payment information.
Photographs/ID Verification: Delivery partners and restaurant owners may be required to upload government ID and photos for verification.
Location: - Approximate location (city-level) - Precise location (GPS level) for order assignment, delivery tracking, and safety. • Messages: In-app chat, delivery updates, support messages.
Files/Documents: Documents uploaded for verification (e.g., ID, vehicle papers).
Device Identifiers: Device ID, IP address, OS, and network info.
Financial Information: Card/bank details used for payments, payout information for delivery partners.
Health & Fitness (Optional): Delivery riders using bicycles/on foot may allow motion data to optimize routes.

Account Deletion

Users (customers, restaurants, delivery partners) may delete their account at any time. All personal data will be permanently removed unless required for legal or financial compliance.

How to delete your account:

3. Select “Delete Account”

2. Data Created During the Use of Choplite

Location Data (Delivery Partners): We track real-time GPS location to assign nearby orders, calculate delivery routes, estimate arrival time, and ensure safety. Location is tracked when the delivery partner is online, even in background mode.

Location Data (Customers): Used for accurate delivery addresses, restaurant suggestions, and map navigation. Customers can disable GPS, but this may require manual address entry. • Transaction Information: Order details, items purchased, delivery charges, discounts, payment method, distance, and timestamps.

Usage Data: App interactions, order activity, pages viewed, app crashes, and performance data.

Device Data: OS version, phone model, IP, language, mobile network, device motion (for delivery partners).

Communication Data: Calls/chats between customers and delivery partners may be masked for privacy.

3. Data from Other Sources

• Referral program data

1. With Other Users

• Customers: share name, location, order details with delivery partners and restaurants.
• Delivery Partners: share name, photo, rating, and route details with customers.
• Restaurants: receive customer delivery details and order information.

2. At the User’s Request

Sharing ETA, location, or order details with friends or family.

3. Public Activity

Reviews and ratings may be publicly visible.

4. With Account Owners

Corporate accounts or family profiles may access order/delivery details.
